The Itinerary

Fundy National Park (207 km²) protects where the Acadian highlands meet the world's highest tides. 25 waterfalls including Dickson Falls (easy 1.5-km trail), 100 km of trails and Alma Beach at falling tide.

The village of Alma, at the park entrance, is famous for lobster and Kelly's bakery (the famous "sticky buns"). Cape Enrage, nearby, hosts one of Canada's oldest lighthouses. The Fundy Footpath, a 41-km coastal trail, is one of Canada's most challenging.
